Definitions

Notification of Data Breaches

The GDPR will require Our Company to notify the Information Commissioners’ Office within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach where that breach is likely to “result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals”. Our Company will notify you of any data breaches without undue delay after we become aware of it. We will do this in writing to your last known email address given to us.
